• Terrence F. Williams K.C.

    Terrence F. Williams K.C. is an Attorney-at-law in Jamaica and the British Virgin Islands. He has been in practice since 1990. Mr. Williams was appointed King’s Counsel on October 11, 2024.

    He specializes in criminal, constitutional, administrative, and tort law. He has appeared before the superior courts of Jamaica, the BVI, and Anguilla as well as before the United Kingdom Privy Council in London.

    In 2018, Mr. Williams and INDECOM were the first Caribbean recipients of the "Achievement in Oversight Award" by the National Association for Civilian Oversight of Law Enforcement (NACOLE USA).
