Terrence F. Williams is an Attorney-at-law in Jamaica and the British Virgin Islands. He has been in practice since 1990.

He specializes in criminal, constitutional, administrative, and tort law. He has appeared before the superior courts of Jamaica, the BVI, and Anguilla as well as before the United Kingdom Privy Council in London.

In 2018, Mr. Williams and INDECOM were the first Caribbean recipients of the "Achievement in Oversight Award" by the National Association for Civilian Oversight of Law Enforcement (NACOLE USA).

Sasheeka Richards is an Attorney-at-Law called to practice at the Jamaican bar in 2014.

Sasheeka is a graduate of the University of the West Indies Faculty of Law, where she obtained a Bachelor of Laws Degree with Honours. She completed her legal education at the Norman Manley Law where she obtained her Legal Education Certificate. Sasheeka specialises in the areas of Family Law, Constitutional Law, Criminal and Civil litigation.

Sasheeka is an experienced inquest barrister. Her expertise extends to providing advice and representation in matters before the Coroner's Court.
